Do you accept my insurance?
We work with all insurance companies. We are a direct repair shop for AAA, Citizens, and State Farm.
I have a deductible. Do I pay Auto Crafters or my insurance company?
Deductible payments are made payable to Auto Crafters on the day you pick up your vehicle. We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
What is a direct repair shop?
A direct repair shop has an agreement with your insurance company regarding automobile repairs. The repair shop must meet the highest quality standards to be part of the program. Auto Crafters is a direct repair shop for AAA, Citizens, and State Farm.
Do you have loaner cars available?
Auto Crafters will provide you with a loaner car while your car is being repaired. Please call for details.
Do you provide towing service?
Auto Crafters can have your vehicle towed to our shop. We work with local towing companies to provide this service.
My insurance company needs digital pictures e-mailed. Can you do this for me?
We can handle all requests from your insurance company including digital pictures.
Can my insurance company tell me where to have my vehicle repaired?
No. Your insurance company may suggest a repair shop, but the decision is up to you. For your protection, we recommend you choose a facility, such as Auto Crafters, that offers a written warranty.
How soon can I wash and wax my vehicle?
You may wash your vehicle immediately, but we recommend you wait 30 days before using any wax. Auto Crafters will wash your vehicle before it is returned to you.

How long does it take to get parts?
Most products we can have here within 24 hours. We will inform you if it will take longer.
Will you match competitors’ prices?

What kind of warranty comes with accessories?
Each manufacturer provides a warranty with its product. Please call for details.
How long will it take to install my accessories?
Each item requires a different amount of time. When you order your accessories, we can give you an estimated time for installation.
Is there a deposit required to order parts?
A small deposit is required.
Do you accept debit cards and credit cards?
We accept debit cards, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
What is your return policy?
All returns must be accompanied by a receipt and in the original packaging. Special order items and items that have been installed may not be returned. Other items may be returned for refund within 30 days of the purchase date.
